We maintain all of the yards on our properties.  Alterations (adding a garden etc) are not allowed.

Each property is slightly different. Generally if it's a duplex we included the utilities. If it's a stand alone house we generally do not pay utilities. Accounts will need to be set up for Natural Gas and Provo City (power, water, sewer, garbage).
